Refund Policy

Jralo does not give cash refunds. Instead, a fix cycle that produces nothing is never used up, and you can cancel a plan at any time.

1. Who takes payment

Plans and fix cycles are sold by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem takes the payment and issues your invoice.

2. Plans

• You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard.
• After you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. It does not renew.
• We do not refund a period that has started, in whole or in part.

3. Website Mechanic fix cycles

• A fix cycle is used only when Website Mechanic opens a pull request.
• If a run opens no pull request, for any reason, the cycle goes back to your wallet automatically.
• Fix cycles never expire.
• Fix cycles are not exchanged for cash. Unused cycles are removed if you delete your account.

4. If something went wrong

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something you did not receive, email support@jralo.com and we will put it right.

5. Rights the law gives you

Jralo is sold to businesses. If the law of your country gives you a right to a refund or to cancel that cannot be removed by contract, this policy does not remove it, and we will honour it. Any refund is made by Creem to the original payment method.
