Directory Terms

The directory at jralo.com/monitored is a public record of sites that are checked by Jralo and chose to say so. These terms apply, on top of the Terms of Service, when you list a site.

1. Listing is your choice

A site is listed only after its owner turns on "Publish this site's record, show the badge and list it in the directory" for that site in the dashboard. It is off by default. We never list a site for you.

2. Who can be listed

Only a site on a paid plan (Site or Business) that has been checked in the last 48 hours. A site on the Free plan cannot be listed.

3. What is shown

• The site's address, with a link to it.
• When Jralo first checked it and when it last checked it.
• How many checks ran in the last 30 days.
• That a tamper-evident record of those checks is kept and independently timestamped.
• Only when it is true, that the latest automated check found no critical issues.

The directory never shows the problems found, counts of problems, scores or screenshots.

4. Links are marked as paid

A listing comes with a paid plan, so links from the directory to listed sites are marked as sponsored for search engines.

5. Removal

• Turning the switch off removes the site at once.
• A site is removed automatically when its plan ends or when it has not been checked for 48 hours.
• We may remove a listing for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we believe it could mislead.

6. What a listing does not mean

A listing shows that automated checks happen. It is not a statement that a site meets any law or standard, it is not a certificate, and it does not prevent any complaint or claim. You must not present it as any of those.
